Gigi knows she is a princess. Her parents tell her she is every day. However, she has never found her crown. When Gigi discovers that her best friend is also a princess, she is astounded. How can someone else be a princess? If she tells her friend the news, will she have to share her jewels? Confused by this revelation, Gigi asks her dad how there can be two princesses in their town. And if she is a princess, why isn’t her father a king? GIGI:
GOD’S LITTLE PRINCESS is definitely geared towards the little princess
in your life. The
illustrations are very vivid, but painted solely in shades of black,
white and pink. This makes
the book unique from others of this nature, and it is the biggest reason
why my pink loving daughter grabbed the book the moment she saw it. There is a powerful Christian message about who we are in this story. Those who do not like semi-preachy tones in their reading material may find aspects of the ending to be a little overbearing. Otherwise, GIGI: GOD’S LITTLE PRINCESS is sure to please your early-elementary aged daughter.
