Randi had been a golden girl, smart, sweet, full of fun, and had been born Emphatic. She was also the youngest of the sisters and now she was being buried – the victim of a sordid rape and murder filmed on videotape by a sadistic killer. Jess, a gifted psychic and telekinetic, had been investigating a series of rape/murders and Randi’s killing was seen as a signal to Jess to back off.
