Letters from his clients and Mr. Waintrup’s replies combine to make a great story about the game of tennis. It does not matter if you are a tennis player or not, you’ll enjoy this book. The
subtitle “Can a Rabbi’s Son Find Happiness as a Tennis Pro?” can
be answered only one way: yes. It is apparent from the book that Mr.
Waintrup enjoys his vocation. Terminology is easy to understand, even if
you are not a player. As
the son of a Rabbi, the author was expected to follow his father’s
footsteps. Instead, Daniel Waintrup chose to provide instruction
in tennis to Jewish and non-Jewish patrons. IT'S NOT MY FAULT is fairly
short and can be read in one sitting. I found it thoroughly enjoyable
and can recommend it to all audiences. |
