Will Chambers finds himself in the midst of a disturbing case.  Gilead Amahn, a Christian convert from Islam, is charged with inciting a religious riot at the Islamic Center for Cultural Change.  After Will manages to win the case, he figures that is the last he'll hear from Gilead.  Unfortunately, the true battle has not yet begun.

After his release, Gilead boards a plane heading for the Middle East where he starts preaching about Christianity out on the streets.  When Will next hears from his client, he learns that Gilead has been arrested.  This time it is believed that Gilead may have prompted a terrorist cult to blow up Temple Mount in Jerusalem.

THE LAST JUDGMENT takes a grand look at religion from both sides of the world.  The suspense is taut and non-stop.  Those familiar with the series will also enjoy the look into Will's continually challenged marriage.  With his long  hours away, one has to wonder if his marriage will survive.  You can expect Will to struggle with his decision in this latest book.
