FOREVER YOURS is a very complex book dealing with difficult issues such as reincarnation, life beyond earth, fate, and temporal mechanics. Yet, such is the artistry and grace of Ms. Palmer’s writing, that these issues don't appear complicated at all. Ms. Palmer weaves these themes adeptly into the story line so that they enhance the romance and suspense of the story. Despite the elements of reincarnation and extraterrestrial life, FOREVER YOURS is, as the title implies, a love story. It is at its heart the story of Diana and Haakon and their unbreakable bond. Beset by assassination attempts, cosmic forces, pacts made from beyond the grave, and good old-fashioned meddling family members, these two brave souls cling to love and to each other.

This is a brilliant book. It was unbearable to put it down even for a moment. It seems like each chapter ends with a cliffhanger of some sort that simply forces you to keep reading. It may sound like the tension would be unbearable, but Ms. Palmer peppers the story with laughter at just the right times relieving the tension and drawing the reader further into the characters’ personalities. These characters are more than likeable, you feel as if you know them, warts and all, by the end of the book. I'm just grateful that a sequel has been promised. Good work Ms. Palmer! I'd recommend this book to anyone who loves romance, fantasy, or a simply well-told yarn.
