In her first full-length romance, RITA winner Catherine Mann tells Major Jack “Cobra” Korba’s story. Jack knows the pain of true love all too well; his past left his heart shattered. When Major Monica Hyatt, a flight surgeon, breezes back into his life, he is not ready for the implications. Monica’s sister, Sydney, is trapped behind enemy lines. Monica wants to be on the team going in to rescue her – she won’t take no for an answer. Jack reluctantly agrees on one condition – Monica must stick to him like glue. This could pose to be a bigger problem; the more time they spend together, the harder it will be to separate when the mission has ended. There is a strong bond between Monica and Jack, one that sets up for a steamy, satisfying romance. Plus, you get the added bonus of revisiting some of the other characters. That is always fun! Now there is more than just Monica and Jack’s romance in ANYTHING, ANYTIME, ANYWHERE. Monica’s two sisters both meet their soulmate, but equally they have to overcome struggles to reach a happily ever after. While their romances were equally pleasing, I wish that they had been given their own stories in the end. I felt the additional two romances detracted a little from Monica and Jack’s, plus I would have loved getting to know each sister in her own book, especially the headstrong, misunderstood Yasmine. Regardless of that minor criticism, I still think that you must pick up this book. Catherine Mann is a must read for me, and I know many readers share my passion for her books!
