My only concern is in today’s world with medical costs soaring, I do wonder how many doctors or insurance companies would willingly give into providing some of these tests without a major fight.  I know I am currently fighting with our HMO to cover an emergency visit to our physician’s office, where only the physician’s assistant was free.  If they will not pay for a emergency visit to a PA, I can’t imagine they would readily agree to pay for some of these tests.
