It's not a big surprise that this book caught my eye from the start.  After all, the foreword by Bill Belichick is enough to have me sitting up and paying attention.

FOOTBALL PHYSICS is not really for the casual reader.  Packed with highly details recaps of mind-blowing plays (remember the Immaculate Reception), Timothy Gay takes an in-depth look at the game.

Last week, I caught something about football and the use of computers to track every play ever made.  Coaches are using this method to try and stay ahead of the opposing team.  FOOTBALL PHYSICS continues in that manner, examining everything from touchdowns to blocks, equipment to the fans.

If you love football or know someone who does, FOOTBALL PHYSICS is a real treat.  If you are a beginner looking for more information on the game, my own thought is that you'll probably be better off starting with something else and advancing to this book.
