The killer seems to know just where to place the bullets to assure massive internal bleeding and traumatic agony. The question is: Will the victim die of internal bleeding before freezing from being buried in a snow bank?

Detective Margarita O’Brien has been assigned to the assassination of a prominent New Hampshire congressman.  She has also been assigned a new partner, Andy Pick. As more bodies turn up, all buried in area snow banks, the trail seems to point towards a pornographic filmmaking operation. To add to the confusion, the Congressman’s seventeen-year-old daughter, Wendy, is missing.

While I am not usually a reader of murder/mysteries, this book grabbed my attention fast.  I found it was not a fast read, as just about every word had to be read so that you didn't miss anything of key importance. To add to the interest, places in New Hampshire with which I am familiar kept popping up. Mystery lovers must add MURDER UNDER WHITE to their list of books to read.
