The
killer seems to know just where to place the bullets to assure massive
internal bleeding and traumatic agony. The question is: Will the victim
die of internal bleeding before freezing from being buried in a snow
bank? Detective
Margarita O’Brien has been assigned to the assassination of a
prominent New Hampshire congressman. She has also been assigned a
new partner, Andy Pick. As more bodies turn up, all buried in area snow
banks, the trail seems to point towards a pornographic filmmaking
operation. To add to the confusion, the Congressman’s
seventeen-year-old daughter, Wendy, is missing. While
I am not usually a reader of murder/mysteries, this book grabbed my
attention fast. I found it was not a fast read, as just about
every word had to be read so that you didn't miss anything of key
importance. To add to the interest, places in New Hampshire with which I
am familiar kept popping up. Mystery lovers must add MURDER UNDER WHITE
to their list of books to read.
