GIVE ME FEVER is Tally’s story.  Tally sings at The Blue Note and also works at Café Eros.  She’s a driven woman who is working hard to earn enough money to buy The Blue Note; unfortunately the owner announces he is going to sell early.  Tally has two weeks to come up with the money, and her only chance at sudden wealth lies in finding the map to Captain Dampier’s treasure.  Tally dives into the task, not expecting she’ll soon have the ghost to help her along.

Christien Castille finds Tally to be an exciting, sexy woman, but he cannot get past her ambition.  When she suddenly is in need of a private investigator, Christien hopes this might be his ticket into her life.  What he doesn’t know is that a determined spirit, Belle Grandmere, is fighting to keep them apart.

GIVE ME FEVER is a delightful book.  Pages sizzle, ghosts add additional charm, and the plot grips you from the first chapter.  Karen Anders is at her best with this book.  I can’t wait to see what she has in store for Bree!
